How would I coding these procedures:
- arthrodesis of the calcaneocuboid joint with
bone block, lateral column lengthening; and
- arthrodesis of 1st metatarsal-tarsal joint and
2nd metatarsal-tarsal joint with plantar-flexory
opening graft, allograft 1st metatarsal-tarsal
joint for a reconstruction of
longitudinal arch and stabilization of the
midfoot arthrosis.
The diagnosis is severe flat foot with acquired
midfoot arthrosis, right foot
