RE: The Passing of Richard Thomas Gorecki, DPM

 

Richard Thomas Gorecki, lovingly known as “Ricky from Chicago”, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, at the age of 76, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Rick practiced podiatry in Madison for over 40 years, building his own practice. He also spent many years working at the VA Hospital, where he took great pride in caring for veterans. In addition to his medical career, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy Reserves for 30 years, retiring with the rank of Commander.
