RE: The Passing of Terry L. Gamache, DPM

 

Dr. Terry L. Gamache, age 81, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026 in St. Charles, Missouri. For nearly 50 years, he proudly served the St. Charles area as a podiatrist and owner of St. Charles Foot Care Center, building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

His dedication to his profession was evident through his leadership as past president of both the Missouri APMA and the Missouri Diabetic Association.
