CA Podiatrist Named to Editorial Board of JOSR

 

The Journal of Orthopedic Surgery & Research (JOSR) Editor Nicola Maffulli, MD, PhD has named Amol Saxena, DPM, MPH as Associate Editor for Foot & Ankle. The journal receives 4,700 manuscript submissions annually. JOSR has a 5-year impact factor of 3.0.

Dr Saxena has published in over 30 peer-reviewed orthopedic journals and his publication in the American Journal of Sports Medicine (among the highest impact factor in orthopedics) “Articular talar injuries in athletes: results of microfracture and autogenous bone graft” was listed as one of the top 50 articles cited in ankle surgery literature.
