RE: The Passing of Michael Forman, DPM

 

Dr. Michael Forman, 81, passed away on April 23, 2024. Dr. Forman had a private practice for over 55 years, but he was a longtime member of the faculty at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine where he was selected as teacher of the year several times. Mike also served as president of the Ohio Podiatric Medical Association.

He was the first podiatrist in Ohio to attain staff privileges at a hospital. In addition, Mike founded and chaired residencies at Mt. Sinai Hospital and St. Vincent Charity Hospital. He was chief of podiatry at each of those hospitals.
