RESPONSES/COMMENTS ((MEDICAL-LEGAL))

It appears from their website that this device marketed by Abbott is a type of spinal cord stimulator that has to be implanted in the spinal area. These devices have been around for a while and the implantation is generally done by a pain management specialist or a neurosurgeon. Hence, why would a podiatrist do a thigh biopsy if the actual implantation and monitoring of the device is way out of scope for us?
