PODIATRISTS IN THE COMMUNITY - PART 1
IN Podiatrist Awarded BSA Silver Beaver
Kathleen Neuhoff, DPM, DVM of South Bend, Indiana has been awarded the Boy Scouts of America’s Silver Beaver award. This award is the highest given (on the council level) by the national association to adults. It is presented for lifetime service to youth. Dr. Neuhoff earned the award for service in multiple leadership roles in youth organizations including Boy Scouts, 4-H, school activities, and Children’s Liturgy in Neuhoff's church.

Neuhoff also served as a volunteer instructor in business management and HR for more than 30 classes of veterinary students and veterinary technicians at Purdue University where she has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumni for her contributions to veterinary medicine. She has participated in the mentoring program for podiatry students at Scholl College and continues to participate in the podiatry residency program at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
