Query: PQRS Measure Group for 2014

 

Can podiatrists use a measure group (diabetes) to report for 2014? I am getting different responses from different registries. It seems to be much easier to report on 20 patients for a measure group instead of reporting on every eligible patient for individual measures.

Query: PQRS Denial

 

It appears that everyone I have called has received the identical CMS letter indicating that they “failed” to do the required PQRS reporting in 2014 and will suffer the 2% reduction in 2016. We are proceeding with the Informal Review. We thought we did it correctly. Has anyone received a letter indicating successful PQRS reporting?
